Im moving into final year of architecture/planning studies. It is going to be a tough  year for me.

Malaysian Comfort Zone-Social Dilemma

After working and studying in Overseas for the past few years. I grounded myself in Penang and I'm trying to find intern jobs in Penang. It ended up a few realisation that there are a lot of Malaysians are  staying in Comfort Zone and never want to improve.

Two main issues hovering around current fresh grads, either the remuneration are being exploited or fresh grads attitudes are not up to employers' satisfactory. This two issues are currently being played out in the industry field. How this happened to our current city? Why? and How can we change it? Or not change it? All questions remain to be answered and critiqued

Comfort Zone-everyone want to stay and live in a place where simple and normal.

For most Malaysians, they are worrying of a change, keep quiet and never complain. For those who that complain, most of the time they never take action. We have to make a change. Thats our future. You guys need to keep your own stand and try to do something.

currently re-locate to Penang and doing some study at Penang for the next 3 months.
